Ukraine War: UK will take 'sceptical view' towards Russia's promises

Deputy Prime Minister Dominic Raab says there is “scepticism” over Russia’s claim that it is pulling its troops back from some areas of Ukraine.

He told Sky’s Kay Burley “we judge the Russian military mission by its action not just by its words”.
