The flow of natural gas from Russia to Europe has been cut off

Transportation of gas from the Russian Federation to Europe via the Yamal-Europe gas pipeline (from Belarus and Poland to Germany) to Europe from Malnov (Germany) has dropped to zero.

However, it is not yet known why the flow of natural gas was cut off.

Flows on the other two main pipeline routes have remained generally stable.

According to other information, the supply of Russian gas to Europe via the Nord Stream 1 pipeline and the Velke-Kapusani (Slovakia) station has remained generally stable.

It should be noted that Russia has decided to transfer payments for gas supplies to Europe in rubles as soon as possible.

However, in a conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin, French President Emmanuel Macron said that it was impossible to pay for gas in rubles.
